How Do I Return Gifts Purchased Online and In-Store from Levi's®?

Returning or Exchanging a Gift

Garment Purchased at Levi.com:

1. Check with the gift giver and obtain the order number and the email address used when placing the order.
2. Once you have the information, visit the Returns and Exchanges section at Levi.com to initiate a return.
3. Click here for instructions on how to process your Return or Exchange.

Gift Purchased at a Levi's® Store:

1. Take your item(s) to the original place of purchase for an exchange or refund.
2. A receipt (or gift receipt) is required for a refund.
3. If you do not have a receipt, you will be issued a gift card for the last known selling price of the item.
