Please follow the steps below to obtain a replacement item. The damaged item can be exchanged for the same or a different size.

Log in: Sign in to your RedTab™ account here with your email and password.
- For non-RedTab members who checked out as a "Guest": Start your exchange by clicking here. Enter your order number and email.
- Find your order: Locate or retrieve your order number by hovering over your name and selecting "Order History."
- Initiate exchange: Find your order and click "Exchange or Return".
- Choose a return method: Select your preferred return method. Click here for more details.
- Select items and answer questions: Choose items and answer questions (e.g., size for exchange).
- Drop-off method: Choose your preferred drop-off method and location.
- Review choices: Verify exchange details and make sure all information and selected return methods are correct.
- Choose refund method (for returns): Select credit via gift card or original payment.
- Submit request: Click "Submit" to print your shipping label and receive drop-off instructions.
Note:
- You won't be charged a return shipping fee.
- Address changes can’t be made on your replacement request.
- Replacement orders can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return shipping carrier.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- If the item you wish to exchange is not available, select the "Return" option with the "Defective" reason code and return the item for a full refund. You will not be charged the return shipping fee.
