How to Use a One-Time Passcode if You've Forgotten Your Password

Hello, Levi's® member! We are happy to introduce a hassle-free way to access your Levi's® Red Tab® Account By choosing the One-Time Passcode option, you're skipping the whole reset password ordeal and making your life easier.

How Does It Work?

Using the One-Time Passcode is easy. When you want to access your account, and can’t remember your password simply choose the "Use a One-Time Passcode" option and we'll send an email to the address linked to your account. In that email, you'll find a One-Time Use Passcode. Just enter this passcode, and you’re all set. 

Some things to note:

• Your passcode is valid for 30 minutes.
• If you request multiple One-Time Passcodes, only the last one sent will be valid for 30 minutes. The old ones won't work anymore.
• You should receive your One-Time Passcode within a couple of minutes from when it was requested.
• The passcode is sent only to the email address linked to your account, no exceptions are allowed.
• If you don't receive the email try checking your spam or junk folder. 

Benefits of the One-Time Passcode Process

• Account Verification We send the passcode to the email address connected to a valid account. If there's no account linked to that email, you'll get a specific error message.
• Password Assistance If you need help with your password, you can use the One-Time Passcode process while we work on your password reset. It's super convenient. Locked Out? No worries, If your account gets locked due to too many incorrect attempts, you can still use the One-Time Passcode process to get back in.
• Boosted Account Security While we always recommend updating your password regularly, the One-Time Passcode process adds an extra layer of security. We're doing this to make sure you can get into your account fast and easy, no need to go through the hassle of proving it's really yours.

2. Click "Use a One-Time Passcode".
