- Want a faster refund? Please visit a Levis store or start a Happy Returns and drop your return off at the nearest returns bar location.
- Once you've handed off your returns to the shipping carrier, they cannot be canceled.
- If you've made purchases through a participating retailer, please be aware that Returns must be conducted at the same store or participating branch.
- Just as a reminder, shipping and handling fees, gift cards, gift wrap charges, and donations are nonrefundable.

Go Boxless with FedEx Drop Off: You'll receive a confirmation email with a mobile return code. If you're without a printer or packaging, bring the mobile return code to a FedEx store—they'll handle the label and packaging for you.
- Go Printerless: Just a heads-up, no need to print your label, but make sure you securely package your return using this method. You'll receive a confirmation email with a mobile return code—remember to bring it to a local FedEx, USPS, or Walgreens store.
- Ship by Mail: Securely wrap your items, either in their original packaging or the packaging of your choice, to prevent any issues during transit. Attach your shipping label to the outside, ensuring it's visible. Then, drop off your return at the nearest FedEx, USPS, or Walgreens locations

Home Pickup. Insert the packing slip inside your package and affix your shipping label to the outside. Schedule a pick-up date from the comfort of your home (available Monday-Friday between 9 am-4 pm). Keep in mind there's a $8.95 pick-up fee payable at scheduling, applicable only in select US cities.

- For items processed through Happy Returns, refunds are handled on the same day.

- If you're not a Red Tab™ Member, a $7.50 returns processing fee will be deducted from your Happy Returns refund.
- No packaging or return label is required for Happy Returns.
- Effective November 1, 2023: Happy Returns no longer processes incorrect item returns. We kindly ask that you cancel your Happy Return and initiate a mail-in return.
- Happy Returns now limits returns to 9 items. If you have 9 or more items, generate two Happy Returns QR codes.

Returns are not accepted for items above $500. This limitation applies to each individual item; you can still combine multiple items to exceed this limit.
- Order Number and Email, then click "Start Your Return."
- Choose the item you wish to return and indicate the reason.
- Select your preferred refund payment method.
- Submit your return request. Look out for an email confirmation in your inbox, providing the next steps along with a QR code.
- Take your item and QR code to any Happy Returns location, and you're all set
